Do It Yourself - Change Your Mindset

Have you ever got up out of your bed, in the morning, and stepped down onto a drenched carpet? Disgusting right! There had been water collecting under my carpet (in my bedroom) and I was unaware of it.

Called the plumber immediate, because I'm paranoid about water, electricity, and me! Plus, I'm a "Do It Yourself" type person, but I was lost. Example:--->

Soon after, the Plumber arrived, solved the problem, and saved the day! It gave me another reason to appreciate the value of being able to correct a situation, at hand.

Change Your Mindset

Now if I was only working a 9 to 5, I would have to pray my supervisor don't give me that famous decision to make. You know what I'm talking about, don't you? After pouring out your heart to your superior, he or she slowly says, "you know what could happen if you don't come in to work." Depending on that one income coming in, is crucial right!

Well, my guess about the pipes having a slow leak was right. Only thing about that is, the leak was slow a while ago, and over time it got worse. So when I was getting on my hyper boys for wasting water on my floor and they had that clueless look on their face, it was real! The pipes would leak and puddles would pop up in odd places in my room, like a spill, too funny!

DO IT YOURSELF 

Having to come back home to more water and damages would have cost me more. The water was going for my bed first (made of wood), but not if I can help it.

Apparently, the last person on the job did not care about his credibility because he half , I mean he did not do it properly.

Sometimes, you don't have that extra man power or the money to pay for someone else to do something so simple, you have to D.Y.I - Do It Yourself!

How to Fix AC and Dryer Pipe Leaks

Follow these instructions to seal off leaky AC and dryer vent pipes.

Time: Weekend

Cost: $100 - $250

We never think about these things happening, until it's too late. It always happen in the oddest moments, either you're broke or you can't replace the damages. RIGHT!

Everything is back to normal and I've even rearranged my room, I like it!  
WOW! I FORGOT HOW HEAVY MY FURNITURE WAS... Remember, sometimes you just have to
 "Do It Yourself".
