Five years ago, I was sitting in the back of a room, having barely made it to our company event. We were Broke, Struggling miserable, and pregnant.
To top it all off, we were dealing with an upline that was doing everything possible, in their power to sabotage us, so they could make all the money, despite how many others lives they would jeopardize to do it.
I was hurt!
I was broken!
I was discouraged!
And I was desperately desiring to prove them and everyone else wrong to show them that I can really do it!
As I sat in the back of the room, I looked on stage as so many people were getting acknowledged for their hard work.
I had been working hard, but it felt like nobody cared or noticed, and that feeling created such a huge level of emotion, that I just bursted out in tears!
I began to weep and cry, wondering when will I ever be able to reach my goals and get credit for my hard work…
I wept so much so, that people around me began to turn around and stare.

All the emotion.
All the frustration.
All the disappointment and hurt.
All the times I felt like no one was noticing how hard I was working.All the times I felt like no one cared….
All the emotions from feeling abandoned, used and stepped on…
They all shot out of me with wailing tears.
I didn’t know when my time would come.
I even wondered if God even cared.
I wondered did He simply forget about me, or was I doing something wrong that
He wouldn’t support.
However…. Here it is, five years later, and He showed me that He heard me all this time, and He knows exactly how I felt, and what I desired, and this weekend, I accomplished and fulfilled that desired dream of being on stage with a check, that signified my efforts and commitments to do whatever it takes to succeed.
