So Many People Struggle With Getting Their MLM Businesses Started

Personally, I have always loved MLM and what it has to offer. Just as any other business, if you do not have the appropriate information, you will fail. So YES, In the past I struggled with my MLM businesses and only had minor success.

Although Network Marketing has become more acceptable in society today, and you'll find more business professionals entering into the industry, there still seems to be a bit of mystique on how to succeed and make it to the top in any company.

From attending seminars, to buying books and personal development DVD's, people still tend to get buried under confusion on what the basic success principles are to thrive in this industry, despite how much they invest in wanting to learn more.

One thing that I've discovered is that there are basic steps that every MLM leader has implemented to create duplication, convert prospects and rise to the top. 


Here are 4 simple things that I've seen leaders do consistently, despite the company, comp plan or the product.

This concept is based on the acronym LIST

1. Learn - every MLM leader enters into the industry with the willingness to learn.  Despite their background, pedigree or accomplishments, a real leader is a great follower and they're willing to learn.  They don't second guess the system, they just do it!
2. Implement - every Leader implements exactly what they've learned.  They don't wait around to learn the next lesson, they implement as they learn, with the expectation of experiencing results.
3. Share - Leaders share what they've learned and they don't try to hide they're strategies from their team.  Instead, they're devoted to duplicating themselves through their team, and will do anything to help them succeed.
4. Teach/Train - Leaders create an atmosphere of learning, and extensively train their team.  Training is the most pivotal aspect of this business, as it's the gateway to creating duplication.  Leaders have mastered this, and will do everything possible to get their team trained.

As you can see, Leaders have the heart of a servant, and are committed to being a student as well as a teacher to their team.
